Web check-in not available — what should I do?

If you're unable to complete web check-in, don't worry — this is common and usually does not affect your ability to travel. Many airlines restrict online check-in for specific booking types or conditions. Why is web check-in sometimes unavailable? - Your booking is a Group Fare - The airline requires manual verification - Special services are added (meal, wheelchair, infant, etc.) - The flight is international and document verification is required - The airline's website or app is temporarily unavailable In such cases, online check-in may open later or remain unavailable. When does web check-in usually open? For most airlines, 24–48 hours before departure. For Group Fare bookings, web check-in may open after 9:00 PM on the day before departure. Exact timings vary by airline. What if it's still not available? You can check in directly at the airport — carry your ticket and valid ID, and reach the airport early (recommended 2–3 hours before departure). Airline staff will complete the check-in at the counter. Does this mean my ticket is not confirmed? No. If your booking is confirmed, your ticket is valid even if web check-in is not available. Web check-in restrictions do not mean your ticket is cancelled or invalid. Special note for Group Fare bookings For Group Fare tickets: web check-in may open later than usual, passenger names may reflect closer to departure, and airport check-in is always available. This is normal and handled by the airline. When should I contact support? Usually you do not need to. Contact support only if your booking status is not confirmed, you are unable to check in at the airport, or your travel is within 24 hours and you see an error related to ticket status. Please share your Booking ID.
